At Letterbox we work with lenders and private investors, as well as using our own capital, to finance our projects. This allows us to deliver on our mission statement while also offering a fantastic opportunity for investors. By adding value through the works we carry out to each property, we are able to generate a highly competitive return on investment, reliably secured against a physical asset.

We have a simple process to on-board new investors, starting with an initial conversation to understand each investor's specific requirements. Once onboarded, investors will have access to our upcoming project pipeline and will be notified of potential opportunities as they arise. Investors have the freedom to choose their level of involvement in a project; this could be a completely hands-free investment, all the way up to a full-on joint venture partnership. Investors can opt to receive a fixed return on their investment at a highly competitive rate, and agreements can be tailored on an individual basis to meet the needs of the investor. We ensure that all investments are carried out in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority regulations.

Additionally, we offer services both to property investors looking to expand their existing portfolio and to individuals looking to purchase their first investment property. This includes sourcing potential investment opportunities for clients, assisting with the negotiation and purchase process, utilising local build teams and managing any required renovation works, and finally the post-refurb refinance and lettings process.
